Damaged in post items: Buyer must claim as they have the goods & can supply NZ Post with evidence of damage directly

Lost Items: We will claim on your behalf & refund the value of the item on confirmation that you have replied to NZ Post's request for information regarding the loss.

Confirmation is supplied to us by NZ Post. No confirmation - no refund!

This process takes 2 to 3 weeks minimum

If you do not receive item within 7 days of payment contact us ASAP to speed up the process.

Advising us after a month that you have not received an item may result in NZ Post refusing to pay out the claim
