This circus set is bound to appeal to young modellers and has the advantage that it provides a link between the Thomas & Friends range, with its circus wagons and lineside features, and the new SkaleAutos series of diecast road vehicles in various circus guises. In fact, the set includes a SkaleAutos Bedford TK circus van as a wagon load. The livery of the set and the SkaleAutos vehicles is Bartello's Circus and to complete the picture there is a big-top that is simple to assemble from a card kit (no glue necessary). The Trakmat is also specially designed specifically for the set.

The contents of the set are a Class 06 diesel shunter in circus livery, a former 8 ton LNER refrigerator van also in circus livery, a 'Bogie Steel AB' converted to carry the Bedford van and another 'Bogie Steel AB' with a painted resin moulding representing a folded tent.
