hard to pigeon hole this format. its called a "comic album", but a "semi hard cover full colour comic book annual" is probably a better description.

physically its the size of your typical boys annual (290mm x 220mm x 32 pages), the cover is a semi hard glossy card, and it has a solid stiff spine. the pages are thick high quality heavy paper, not flimsy easily ripped paper like a comic.

content wise though, its a like a comic with colour pictures and speech boxes, which kids find easy and fun to read, and it will be treasured and read repeatedly for years to come im sure.
