This is made from Galvinised pipe and fully welded. The welds are painted with an anti-rust primer and then sprayed with a galvanized paint.

This is very strong, It is made of three sizes of pipe. The main frame size is 48mm with 3.2mm wall thickness, and rails size is 32mm with 3.2mm wall thickness, and the ladder runs are 26.9mm with 3.2mm wall thickness. With all pipes being galved.
