Solid wooden playhut, lovely European style. No rot or broken bits, just needs a thorough clean and possibly re-stain (as it is sun faded). Purchased new for approximately $1800. Three years old.

Hut must be picked up as is, so a trailer or ute would be required. Access is fine. Hut is currently on a pallet base, with astro-turf outdoor carpeting, but can be removed from this if you prefer it to sit on open grass.
