What makes this playhouse so special is the top deck. It gives HEAPS more use to it, than just a playhouse. Boys as big as 12 - 13 years still go up there !
It has a ladder to it, with a railing around the whole deck. Kids spend most of their time up there. Picnicing, shooting Nerf guns at people down below or just playing. It has a back window and a front window (but the front needs repairing). Veranda is sturdy but a bit untidy. The inside is painted like a spaceship with controls and 2 old carseats come with it. Waterproof but a couple of bits of wood need replaying on side.

Main body - 1.2m deep x 1.53m high x 2.12 m long
Veranda - 2.12 long x .88 deep.
It is made from treated ply. My husband has strengthened the top deck so it is very safe to stand on.
