As you may or many not know a 2 piece wing adds much strength to a profile plane of this size. For one thing the entire fuse is built with a single solid piece. Also built with 3 main beams in the fuse for added strength. Also for transporting you have the option to remove one or both wings to fit easily on the back seat of your car. Also one less thing to glue when building!

2 piece wing the Katana is strong, real strong. It also features a new fairing installation method that is sure to please any previous Katana profile owner. The Katana features a complete hardware pack with pre-installed and slotted hinges. Pre z-bent and sized control rods that will let any novice builder have together in less then 4 hours easily.
