• We will happily combine shipping on multiple purchases. Shipping costs vary according to overall size/weight and destination of your parcel. As a rule of thumb –one shipping charge is incurred plus $2 per item added. If unsure, please email us with auction numbers and a shipping address and we will provide you with a combined shipping rate.
• Payment is to be made within 3 days of auction close unless arranged prior. We can not guarantee supply of goods if payment is made after specified timeframe.
• An auction reference must be provided with all payments.
• For speedy and reliable delivery our orders are dispatched via Courier Post. A Courier Post tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
• Pick ups are welcomed and can be collected from our Te Kuiti store. Our Te Kuiti store is OPEN 7 days:
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
  • Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm
• 48 hours notice is required prior to collection of goods. Unfortunately items can not be picked up during the weekend if not arranged during the week prior.
• When payment is received, feedback is placed. If you have not received your item within 4 days of making payment please contact us so we can follow up.
