Charlotte is a sister doll to Emily, she measures 38 cm (15") from head to toe, and also has jointed legs so she can sit.
Her outfit is a traditional sailor dress, complete with wide collar on back of dress, and all trimmed with red. This was a traditional dress popular in the 19th century.
