He is 32 cms tall and in excellent working order, he rotates his hands between drinking his whisky and smoking his cigar,his head moves forward and the street lantern and cigar light up. It is possible he is supposed to blow smoke from his mouth after a puff on the cigar,if so this function does not appear to be working. A little detailed cleaning would further enhance this charming old tramp.
The battery compartment is corrosion free.
