1 hour from Auckland CBD 3 bedrooms – 2 X double beds and 2 X single beds Open plan living and large outdoor area’s front and back. Fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Full kitchen with all the basics Great fishing, diving and boating right on your doorstep and good beach launching for boats up to seven metres. Safe swimming, long sandy beach, adjacent to park with kids swings, slide etc. 10 – 15min to lots of Café’s, Vineyards, Matakana (Saturday morning markets), Sandspit and Walkworth. Many great cafes and shops in Walkworth. Fishing and Dive shop in Snells Beach along with gas station, bakery, 4 square, café, The Warehouse, Salty Dog bar and grill, etc Ferry runs from Sandspit to Kawau Island and historic Mansion House A 30min walk to Scandrett regional park starts at the north end of the beach and there is also a short bush walk

All you need to bring is Sheets and Towels, (Blankets and pillows provided) There is an outdoor table and chairs but no BBQ, no TV

This is a great family bach that many families have enjoyed over the years with many booking the same week or weeks every year. You can sit in the bach or on the deck and watch the kids play on the beach.

Weekdays available from $90 per night

July and September School holidays available at $750 per week. (7 nights)
