Overall superior level of appointment. All linen etc supplied and unit serviced at end of stay. BBQ on deck and playground area at rear, bikes available for use. Only 4 units, conveniently located at entrance to Akaroa's main street. Easy walk to Supermarket and town attractions.

Scenic French themed Akaroa is only an hours drive from Christchurch-easily commutable distance. Akaroa and Peninsula attractions include many cafes and eateries, boutique shopping, lovely walks, scenic drives with stunning views, safe swimming, historic museums in Akaroa and Okains Bay, Barry's Bay boutique Cheese Factory, Dolphin cruises on Akaroa Harbour, Golf courses and so much more.

Unit must ultimately be sold to clear Estate. Once week is taken the title will come up for sale, and could be sold prior to that to the winner of the weeks tenancy by negotiation. We are seeking a quick sale so main requirement is the payment to transfer the title which will be handled by Estate lawyers. Buyer will be responsible for annual maintenance fee (currently $820) which falls due in December each year and entitles the owners to book a "floating" week basically anytime during the following calendar year. Owners have the option of exchanging their week for another week in New Zealand or world wide.
