Aqua Soleil is a fully managed complex consisting of 50 modern apartments. Guests have full use of heated swimming pool, spa and Barbeque facilities. The complex is 2.5 kms from Whitianga Township and directly across the road from Brophy's Beach with safe swimming, rock pool fun and Boat ramp for trailered vessels.

This property is a 2 storied, fully furnished and self-contained villa. Upstairs accommodates 4 guests in 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds. The Master bedroom has a ranch slider opening onto its own decking with sea views and bedroom 2 with views onto the pool area. The main bathroom with cubicle shower, toilet and vanity is upstairs also.

Downstairs consists of open plan kitchen, dining and living area, full width ranch slider opening onto decking with sea views. The third bedroom is on this level with 2 single beds and a toilet with hand basin is off the lounge.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, waste master, microwave, toaster, coffee pergulator and a good selection of accessories and utensils.
