Perfect for anyone attending major events or those visiting the area who want a 'home away from home' base. We are located only 10 minutes drive from either the central city, Hamilton Airport, or the Mystery Creek Events Center, or 20 minutes by bus.

Guest accommodation consists of a twin room in the lower ground floor of our home. The comfortable single beds both have electric blankets and all linen is provided. It has its own full bathroom and toilet. Both open off the guest lounge which also has a tea making area, fridge and microwave. The lounge has Digital Sky TV and free Wi-Fi Internet access (by arrangement).
Port-a-cot and/or fold out bed in guest lounge for up to 2 children.

The separate guest entrance and off street parking mean that you can come and go as you like. Or, there is a city bus stop right outside our home.

Strictly non-smoking.

Price listed is per night for 2 people with a full cooked breakfast. Special diets by arrangement.

Single and self catering options are available on request.
Children under 5 free, Up to 12 years, $1 per year of age.
