The auction is for a maximum of four people with a charge of $50 pp per night for extra guests .

Please note that this auction is for the specific dates nominated and no rain checks or refunds can be offerred in the event that a buyer for some reason has to cancel.


There are , four bedrooms ,two bathrooms two large heat pumps , a log burner , a heap of fire wood and underfloor heating in the ensuite - so keeping warm is not an issue .
