Accommodation Rate is for one night however if you are here for the 7 days weekly rate would be $600. Happy to talk a shorter duration. We are a couple and 1 old Female Black lab (children friendly Grandies love her) and is in our home with lovely views over the Paremata boat harbour. Easy access to Wellington city we are 15 to 20 mins drive from Wellington CBD, Westpac Stadium, Te Papa and the Events Centre.

Accommodation is for 2 people plus continental Breakfast.

King Size Bed

Accommodation is in Papakowhai not far from the Police College, Porirua City and Aotea Lagoon and easy access to the Motorway. There is a bus stop at the front gate and will take you into Porirua City Centre and drop you at the train station. If you are going to an event at Westpac Stadium, event parking at the stadium is $30 you can pre book on the stadium web site. Alternatively the train drops you next to the stadium. Metlink offer event tickets on the trains at a reduced price.

A $20.00 non refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking of a one night stay $50.00 for a weeks stay. Balance of Payment is required in full a week out. Unfortunately I have been let down by people saying they are paying cash on arrival and just dont turn up. Payment for long term bookings or cash will be by negotiation prior to acceptance of the auction.

If flying into Wellington we can also talk pickup options just ask.

We also have a Queen Size bed option on a separate auction.

If you are a family we have another queen option for extra accommodation to the 2 rooms listed just ask.
