When the voucher is redeemed via our website (www.giftofskill.co.nz), we match the recipient to an experienced ski instructor at their preferred location to arrange their pre-paid lesson.

Skiing is the ultimate winter sport. Our Skiing Skill App makes it easy for anyone to learn to ski in a safe, controlled way.

Locations: South Island (Coronet Peak, The Remarkables, Mount Hutt), North Island (Mount Ruapehu, Auckland Snowplanet).

Agenda: In this private lesson your experienced instructor will teach you about your equipment, safety and making controlled stops and basic turns. Depending on your progress you may gain confidence on beginner lifts and easy green trails, linking your turns with control and rhythm. By the end of your skiing lesson you will be well on your way to really enjoying it, maybe even discovering a new lifetime passion!

Length: 3 hours

Notes: Cost includes lesson only, ski pass, clothing and equipment are not included. This Skill App is suitable for people aged 15 and over. Once made, bookings are non exchangeable and non refundable. If your experience is cancelled due to bad weather, your experience will be rebooked. Spectators are welcome at no extra charge.
