- A child (aged 5-13yrs) to run the match ball on at the NRL fixture Vodafone Warriors v Cronulla Sharks game at Mt Smart Stadium on Sunday 5th August 2012.
- A 2012 Signed Vodafone Warriors Home Jersey (Black) in an Adult Medium.
- The opportunity for the family to meet their favourite Warrior after the Vodafone Warriors v Cronulla Sharks game in the Team Gymnasium at Mt Smart Stadium.
