Instructions for use:

1. Squash the earplugs between your fingers for 15 seconds until soft and moldable. It should feel like play dough.

2. Press the softened earplug firmly against your ear canal and press in. Mold the plug to the outer ear canal until the seal is complete.

Instructions to remove:

1. Grab the earplug by pinching the plug between your thumb and index finger. Pull the plug downward to loosen the seal then remove from your ear.
