Up for sale is a fixed week (52) at the Lakeside Villas in Taupo in a studio.

The studio sleeps 3. It's unit number 23, which is the first corner unit upstairs. It has a side window with views of the lake.

The Lakeside villas is a top class timeshare resort with excellent facilities. Indoor swimming pool, squash court, tennis court, minigolf, bikes, kayaks, paddle board, tabletennis, pool tables. All free for guests to use.

The yearly fees are only around $430. That is great value for a full week's stay in Taupo. Week 52 includes New Year's eve and every 6-7 years you get an extra week 53 as well so you can stay 2 weeks.

Week 52 starts on the last Friday of the year and goes to the first Friday of the new year.

You can also bank your week with an exchange company such as RCI or Dial-an-Exchange (DAE). DAE often have a special deal for prime weeks, where you get two weeks in return for banking your week. Week 52 in Taupo is considered a prime week. So you can get two weeks in other resorts in NZ or Australia or around the world for just over $400. A great way to get a couple of cheap holiday weeks! However, you may just want to spend it in Taupo, it's a great time of year to visit.

Note that the asking price does not include the use of the 2017 week. We have banked that with DAE now so we can get two weeks in return. It may be possible for you to buy one of those weeks back of us for use during another time or at a different resort.

There is also a conveyance fee payable by the purchaser of about $350.
