if you are looking for an intimate wedding that is a little adventurous and different, New Zealand Wedding Packages is offering complete wedding packages on various mountain tops around the Nelson region, including Mt Owen, which was used in the Lord of the Rings filming.

Your wedding package will include flying by helicopter to a mountain peak in the Mt Richmond or Kahurangi National Parks. You will be joined by your professional photographer who will take amazing shots to remember your day and your celebrant who will create a personal ceremony to have on the mountain.

Your package will include the following:

• Return travel to a mountain peak by private charter helicopter
• The services of a personal wedding planner
• A personalised ceremony by a registered celebrant
• Professional wedding photography (up to 3 hours)
• Marriage License application fees and processing
• Marriage Certificate application fees and processing
• Option to upgrade to a Works Package to include hair, makeup and flowers
