Do sausage sizzles make you sick? Have meat raffles passed their use by date? Women’s Refuge would like to invite you to a fundraiser that will have you laughing out loud and grinning from ear to ear - Nana Pat and Paula’s’ Quiz Night!

A New Wellington Comedy Show written and performed by Geraldine Brophy and Nikki MacDonnell, this is an actual quiz night set within an evening of character-driven comedy.

SYNOPSIS
Nana Pat and Paula are two Wainuiomata chicks who work hard, eat wrong and drive big Holdens, but still find time to leap over the hill to bring self improvement and DIY to the greater Wellington region. Having been to every class available, they feel qualified to take what they’ve learnt and pass it on to the heart of their community, their aim being to improve it.

The show is an actual quiz night that Nana Pat and Paula have personally devised, but set within an evening of comedy where all manner of life enhancing tips and demonstrations and unimaginable goings on will aim to have the audience missing limbs and brain cells by the finish (they also leave with some prizes, but not very good ones).

This evening of mirth and merriment has something for everyone, and maybe more than some expect!
