The Village Resort offers a choice of fully equipped, beautifully presented 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Bookings can be made up to 1 year in advance.

There is a heated indoor swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool, spa house, tennis court, recreation lounge with pool table and table-tennis, library, and owners' lounge. There are kayaks for use on the lake or use the bicycles to explore nearby.

This is a floating week, with 1 week's accommodation available once unit is purchased. There are also 4 weeks banked with DAE which we are gifting with the unit

The annual fees which are currently paid up to December 2012, are $765.00.

You don't have to stay in the unit you own, you can exchange for a unit anywhere the world via RCI or DAE or into any of the many NZ timshares managed by Monad Pacific.
