This week can be swapped for another location in NZ or Australia with the Classic Holiday club, or throughout the world if you join a holiday exchange like "Interval Intl."

2015 fee (approx. $500) has been paid, buyer only needs to pay legal fees to transfer title ON TOP of auction price (I think its $300-400).
