A little wooden box which measures 11cm x 11cm x 3cm. Opens up to be a desk calendar with changeable printed days of the week in Italian and two numbered blocks. The picture is of a mother and child behind plastic which could be easily removed and replaced with a photo of your choice.

In good vintage condition, it is possible that there is a small break in the gold rim around picture (see close up photo), if this is the case I wouldn't say it detracts. Some light tarnishing to metal parts.
