old phillips reel to reel device i think this may be a old dictaphone has a microphone attachment with what looks like a spaeker on the back that operates it has a pair of vintage receptionists type earphones has what looks like a foot pedal,but cannot see any way of operating it. it does work,but not sure if its doing what its supposed to sold as pictured,possibly suit parts or repair
