I have performed the following test of the battery: After a full charge (3/3), I have taken the handset off the base and monitored how long it lasts:

• after 3 days still 3/3
• after 4 days 2/3
• after 6 days 1/3
• now after 8 days still 1/3 - so it is exceeding the 7 days standby time!
