NOTE: I opened these to clean the contacts, as some buttons needed to be pressed harder than normal.

Just like an older(pre-'DualShock') Playstation controller, but has a USB plug instead of a Playstation plug - so plugs straight into your computer, no adaptor needed! Cable length: 1.65m

Features:

• Directional pad, 8 direction
• Buttons = 1,2,3,4, four trigger buttons, 9, 10
• Turbo = turn auto-fire on for any button(s) = once set, holding a button will act like you're pressing the button repeatedly. = to set Turbo, hold Turbo button down, & press the button(s) you want to set Turbo for.
• Auto = like Turbo function above, but keeps firing after button pressed, not just while holding button = to set Auto, hold Auto button down, & press the button(s) you want to set Auto for.
• Clear = turns 'Turbo' or 'Auto' off. = to clear Turbo/Auto, hold Clear button down, & press the button(s) you want to clear.

Typically games will let you assign any button to any action, so you can arrange them however you like.

Many people will find it more comfortable & intuitive than using a keyboard, mouse or joystick too. Saves wearing out other devices as well, especially if going to be used by kids!

Particularly good for playing retro emulated games on your computer, eg: Mega Drive, Master System, NES, SNES, Playstation1, N64... games.

Compatibility: No driver is required, as it's detected as a 'generic' gamepad - it uses the builtin drivers of the operating system. Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, & any newer versions of Windows. Linux, MacOS, OSX etc = will almost certainly work with any modern operating system. USB socket on your computer is required (almost all PCs have this)

As with other joysticks, will only work with games that support a joystick. Won't usually(if at all) work in DOS mode, just like other USB controllers.

These don't come with a retail box, but will be packaged to prevent damage.
