We ship Mon - Thurs at 4pm, all orders paid prior to 4pm will be dispatched same day.

We will warranty the part if it is first tested on a logic board without being installed, if there is an issue present please record the issue and send us the video, if we are satisfied we will send out an immediate replacement.

In some case we may need to test the part to confirm the fault so we reserve the right to ask for it to be returned prior to a replacement unit being sent.
