the condition of each DVD varies a little. DVD 1 ~ VERY-VERY-VERY-GOOD, to maybe NEAR NEW condition. there is a faint scuff, from midway towards the outer rim of the disc. DVD 2 ~ NEAR NEW condition. there maybe the odd tiny faint scuff, if any.

I've viewed the DVDs with the timer & subtitle ON, & i did NOT notice any issues

NOTE ALSO, the CASE has a tiny chip. it is such a trivial cosmetic blemish, that others may not even bother mentioning it. i have, for the sake of an accurate description. the basic functionality of the CASE is NOT affected. the dvd CASE opens and closes, & the dvds sits securely. Replace the CASE yourself & this issue is resolved

for the above reasons this item is no longer brand new hence I'm selling this item as is
