Playback on CDs is always 'as new'.

We inspect under strong light and check playback on every title when assigning grades. We grade from a customer's point of view, not a dealers! We believe that misrepresenting grades is bad for business so we won't do it.

Every title is assigned a two-letter grade indicating the condition of the insert (the printed material), then the CD itself.

What these grades mean: A ..... Brand New condition A- .... As New condition - just slightly less than perfect condition B+ ... Very Good condition - little evidence of use, well looked-after B ..... Good - some wear and tear but still acceptable condition C ..... Fair - playback is perfect, though CD looks well-used (but not trashed!)
