The Position: This is a full-time position, 80 hours per fortnight
A POOL staff member is a staff member that works in a variety of homes covering all empty shifts we have available due to annual leave and training. This position means your shift pattern may change from week to week, however you are provided your schedule of 80 hours at least a fortnight in advance.
You must be available to work both AM and PM shifts, weekdays and weekends.
Skills and Experience:
MASH Trust is not an accredited Employer and therefore cannot use The Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) process
Applicants will be reviewed as they are received, and the role may close earlier if the right applicant is found.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.

- A passion for supporting people to enhance their lives
- Caring and empathetic nature
- The ability to care out personal cares including showering and dressing
- Reliability and honesty with a high level of integrity
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand
- Current Full Driver's licence as you will be required to drive a van as part of your day-to-day job
