What you'll do:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Bring your flair for cocktails and beverage knowledge to the forefront, creating an unforgettable dining experience.

Who we're looking for:

• Previous Restaurant Manager experience in a hotel restaurant or hospitality setting.
• A Current GM License and LCQ Certificate (or the ability to attain one).
• A well-presented, confident, and internationally minded professional.
• Flexibility to work shifts between breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including weekends and some public holidays.
