Riverlea is seeking experienced tractor and machinery operators/ truck & trailer drivers, for the coming 2025/2026 Grass/Maize season Sept-April/May.
These roles range from Permanent, Fixed Term Seasonal Contracts & Part – time roles.
The successful operator will be able to work a mixed variety of agricultural machinery including harvesting equipment, cultivation equipment, effluent equipment, drills, diggers, tractors, and trucks (not necessary but would be grand!).

The following attributes are desired:
- Minimum 2 years experience on relevant equipment operated.
- Minimum full class 1 drivers licence (tractor) & minimum class 4 (truck)
- Work in a safe manner- have a high level of health and safety awareness.
- A good level of physical fitness, mechanical understanding, competent with GPS and other technology
- Self-motivated with practical maintenance skills
- Attention to detail, including keeping tractor and gear clean/maintained
- Respects our equipment, their teammates, our customers, and their property.
- Willing and able to work extended hours when required during busy periods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, accurate record and time keeping skills required.
- Practical sense, with initiative & confidence to work alone along with being a team player.
- Reliable, honest, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Have a sense of humour, be teachable, flexible, motivated and have a can-do attitude.
