Ladd’s Forestry Ltd is currently seeking 10+ fit, strong, and reliable individuals to join our team for a large-scale winter planting program and ongoing summer forestry work. No prior experience is needed – just a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle physically demanding outdoor work.
Responsibilities:
Assist with large-scale native and exotic tree planting
Maintain quality standards to meet contract requirements
General forestry labour including pruning, thinning, and weed control (training provided)
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
Physically fit and capable of strenuous manual labour
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Ability to follow instructions and maintain productivity
Availability to work six days a week during peak season
Must pass pre-employment drug testing and health checks
Driver’s licence is an advantage but not essential
