I just got my 2010 hybrid egr cleaned up yesterday and I would highly recommend this gentleman. Very honest, helpful and straightup. I have used toyota for same job and Demitry has done better job and it’s very fairly priced ( Ofcourse lot cheaper than Toyota). From here on he is my man.

Wow, just wow. Best service ever. Dmitry managed to fit cruise control in my 2008 Alphard (non hybrid model) beautifully and now it works like a charm. I have read the other reviews and there is nothing else I can add that has not already been said. Dmitry is a genuine expert: not just a parts changer. He saved me over $10,000 on Toyota's price by analysing the system on my Alphard and finding the faulty current sensor ... replacement cost $250! After 70,000kms of trouble free motoring my Estima Hybrid gave me the dreaded big red light on the dashboard. I took it to Dmitry and he gave me a detailed idea of what it would cost me to get it fixed. At every step he stayed in contact and kept me up to date with progress. At one point he told me that he wasn't satisfied with one part of the repair so he did it again, at his own cost! I cannot thank him enough for the quality of his work and his honesty. i had talked to my local toyota people and they gave me a doomsday outlook for my prius - both in terms of cost and it's short term viability. it was a totally different story when i met dmitry who really knows his way around these hybrid vehicles. he is good at what he does, efficient and you come away with your arm and your leg when it comes to the cost of diagnosis and repair.

Initial service was fantastic, reasonably priced and very easy to deal with. We did have an issue with the battery failing 6 weeks after install, however the battery was replaced within a week with no complaints or issues. Really appreciated the honest straight forward approach of them. Thoroughly recommended.
