We are seeking to find a suitably experienced and motivated Senior Sous Chef to join our small team. Previous leadership and kitchen management experience is required as you will be required to lead our kitchen team, undertake menu preparation, costing and planning and stock and cost management.
Dining options are varied and include cabinet style cafe food through to main meal preparation as well as function and special event menus.
All breads, pizza bases, pies and many sweet treats are prepared on site so bakery skills would be an advantage.
We are a small team within the kitchen and everyone is required to pitch in and help out. If you are unwilling to do dishes and cleaning when needed then this is not the right role for you.
You will need to possess a high standard of personal presentation and cleanliness, be creative and have impeccable standards of customer service.
