From my initial phone call to enquire about the vehicle, the person answering was polite and helpful, a time was made to view the vehicle, upon arrival the vehicle was ready to view and salesperson was knowledgable, the vehicle was made available for a test drive after which with a bit of friendly banter a price was agreed. The car needing a couple of minor repairs was ready for pick up the following Tuesday after my initial viewing on the Friday afternoon, payment in full was made on the day via the internet, it was simply walk in pick up the keys and drive away, things couldnt have been simpler, all paperwork was finished, Change of ownership etc - so simple.

I would describe my experience with DHS as very poor I paid $25,000 for a car that wasn't even fit to be on the road as the brake pads were grinding and the engine has a rattle on start up which that tried to say is normal thay had the car 3 days saying that that were looking into the rattle on start up got a call from them saying that there was no issues and thay didn't even fix the brakes until I mentioned it to them again definitely not a place I would recommend or buy a car from ever again the pads thay put in are the cheapest pads and leave brake dust all thru the rims thay put on a good show at the start then don't follow thru with there word of been a great dealership

DHS was never originally contacted by this customer regarding the brakes and rattle on start-up. It wasn’t until DHS made contact with the customer after they made their original review that we were made aware of the issues mentioned. The vehicle was with the mechanic for 3 days to ensure there wasn’t an engine rattle, the customer was informed that chain driven engines are common to have a small “rattle” for a second on first start as the engine builds oil pressure. Yes, DHS did forget about the brake pads however after investigation they were found to still be of warrantable standard. DHS outsources all Warrant of Fitness Inspections to avoid any conflict of interest. Regardless, DHS replaced the pads out of good faith with middle of the range brake pads and not the cheapest available. We would have been more than happy to discuss this further with you however once again you haven’t given us the option before writing this review.
