It was a bit of challenge to get the car from the the garage who was supposed to fix the small problem. I suggested that you find someone else to service and repair your cars. But the manager in Hamilton branch did a really good job to follow up and keep communication clear. Would recommend him again

The Manager was approachable and friendly; and did his best to accommodate requirements. The only problem was the lack of space of the Hamilton dealership.

Overall we had a great experience thank you. Very friendly and kind staff who arranged a test drive and had great communication.
The staff member who dealt with me when picking up the car was lovely and so understanding when I had to bring my loud children and wait quite awhile for my husband to arrive. It really helped make a unexpected and tough situation so much better. Thankyou!
The only thing I could comment on for improvement would be that after we had paid the deposit, we did feel quite rushed as there was a holdup with the balance payment.
Overall very happy and would recommend to friends and family :) thanks!
