Purchase a QV report

Through Trade Me's partnership with PropertyIQ, who own and operate QV.co.nz, you are now able to purchase a Basic or E-Valuer property report using your Trade Me account. These do not replace a Full Market Valuation, but we hope that they will help you make an educated decision when evaluating a potential new home.

To purchase a QV.co.nz report, look out for the "Choose report" button, located at the bottom of a property listing.

If you can't find this button just head on over to our friends at QV.co.nz, and they'll be able to provide you with the report.
