I feel the Aramax courier driver must have put it in his pocket and walked down. You definitely need a different courier. |

When I asked the trader to follow up as the courier tracking mentioned there was a "delay", his response was rather rude and showed no willingness to be responsible, actual quote: "If you aren't willing to contact the courier yourself, then I am not going to do it for you." In the end, I contacted the courier myself and got it sorted. |

I will contact the courier if I can add value but it is pretty pointless for me to do so if all I am doing is relaying the response to the buyer, which is what I would be doing here. It is far better for the buyer to contact the courier directly. This buyer expected me to run around after him when he wasn't prepared to first do so himself. I won't do that. My response may have been direct but it was not rude. |
