I have recently returned from almost two months overseas. I waited just over a week to receive payment instructions from stephf, emailing her 3 times during the week to request them. Stephf said she would courier the item & that RD addresses were harder so I supplied an urban address, however NZ Post was used & if I had been told that would have supplied my RD address. The heater arrived only just in time. It was advertised as new, but the sturdy packaging had been opened with no explanation.
