We have been in business for over 20 years in NZ providing top quality pet products to customers throughout NZ. We are pet owners so all our products get "road tested" by our pets that all love to shop. Petworkz vouchers can be used on purchases from our website, 0800 ordering service or TM auctions. All must be over specified amount excluding freight and limit of one voucher per order.  We are happy to combine freight on multiple auctions if you ask first. We do not refund freight on goods returned to us unless they are proven to be faulty within 14 days of purchase. All returned goods must be in original packaging and undamaged. We are happy to consider requests for refunds if the product does not suit or you made a mistake. However, we will deduct the cost of freight and non recoverable TM fees from refunds. If you decide to change/upgrade to an alternative product we will not deduct the TM fees. If in doubt ASK US first.
