| Hi, i brought a Nokia Asha mobile phone from you on 24 December 2012. I don't have the original shop receipt, but I do have the bank statement showing proof of this purchase. The texting component of the phone has frozen but everything else appears to be fine. Is this covered under warranty and can I bring this in for repair along with the bank statement? Harjeet: All our phones comes with 12 months manufacturing warranty.it seems like its out of warranty period but still we wont charge any inspection fee if you bought the phone from us. just bring it in with proof of purchase and technician can give you a quote once inspected. cheers | |

| *BEWARE SHOP ELSEWHERE* I purchased an iPhone 4 and its faulty as it turns off during automatically. I have sent the phone back 3 times and they never fixed it properly. I asked for a refund as they honor the Consumers Guarantee Act. I had no reply. I purchased the iphone4, which the price is quite high, I dont think I should be treated like this. | Hi. Got a replacement RAZR2 V9 after 1st one charge port broke after mnths of waiting only to have this one turn on and off when in/out of signal range. Trader I bought off has since ceased trading on TM. Sent it to fonefix and got it back saying they couldn't do anything don't know what they did as it will charge thru usb but wont even turn on now? Ph virtually brand new but having been mucked around so long its out of warranty? Can u help? |

| hi i purchased a lg phone 6 months ago it stopped working they fixed it ,but not too long after it stopped working again this time they just about rebuilt the phone all free of charge and had it sent back to me all at there own costs ,have been looked after, would recomend any time and will be heading back to buy a 3rd phone for my other daughter ,cheers |

| I sent my phone in last month under warrenty, it took just over 4 weeks to get it fixed, in which time there was very little communication from hightech mobiles end. It took me several e-mails to find out what was happening with my phone. I wouldn't use this service again. |
