Daniel: Your console was broken, and you were not charged anything to fix it. As it was shorted by a power surge at your place. It has been sent back to you. However, there is always a chance the couriers could have misplaced it and they usually send it back to me if that's the case. | Daniel is by far the best at what he does! Dont buy modded consoles or chips from anyone else! We made the mistake of buying a modded console from someone else from out West Auckland and it wasnt what the auction made it out to be. Daniel then kindly contacted me the same day I asked a question. Took my console to him and he fixed it on the spot. Wasnt an easy fix either as the cowboy who did the mod before hand screwed it all up. Top service, friendly and efficient! Thanks again mate! A+++ |

| Hey i had this problem with my xbox when i would turn it on and nothing would come on screen and about 3 seconds later it turns it self back of so i pulled it apart to see what was wrong and i couldn't see anything so i put it back together and i didn't work at all i was just wondering if you would be able to fix it and how much for?.Thanks |

| Dan is the man. Fast friendly service every time no matter what the time is. The cool runner allows me to run all my games directly from my hdd so Im not wearing out my Rom drive and it works faultlessly. Daniel answered all my questions straight away and is always there to help his customers. The one thing about the install that I don't like tho is the fan speed needed to keep the unit cool makes it noisy. Otherwise AAA plus |
Daniel: Hey mate. You can actually lower the fan speed in the dash. We increased it to drop the machine temp by 20degrees. Hence if it's noisy. You can set it back to auto and it will be quiet. :) | |
