| Fantastic service, reasonable pricing and really clear explanations of the issues involved. I rang OhNo! at 4pm on Fri afternoon and had my machine back by Sun morning! (pick-up and drop-off included). Mark explained the issues very clearly and offered some possible solutions. He installed a new hard drive of better quality at a very reasonable price. Very personable and professional. I would certainly use OhNo! again and would definitely recommend them to anyone else. Cheers, Alan |
| Thanks to Mark at OhNo for his very prompt, constant, friendly email communication regarding my laptop problem. He sourced the cheapest parts in town for me and offered the best quote. The service was done in 2 hours and my computer was then hand-delivered to my house. Excellent! Can't say how impressed I am! |

| These guys are awesome!! My computer crashed and they not only bent over backwards to get it fixed (as Mark was actually already busy), but it was returned the next day and cost 1/2 the price of any other businesses!! Another "well known" business said that it would take 3-4 days to fix! Plus if you are in doubt of anything they are quick to give advise on hardware and software. 10/10 business |

| We recieved a first class service from Ohno!! They were prompt to reply to our S.O.S call and did their best to give our problem their urgent attention - 30 minutes in fact!! Our problem was reasonably serious but a solution was found and the price was good. Friendly efficient service - Highly recommended!! |

| Most businesses try to fulfill your expectations, but ohno exceeds that with: regular communication/updates on a daily basis working outside normal trading hours to get the job done sourcing cheaper/better options to keep the price down. well done mark, you set a standard that a lot of computer companies should aim for. |

| Its Awesome having someone know your computers history when it comes to problems or updates. I've had my slack laptop hinge fixed, settings changed to make my system faster, blue screen errors checked out, complicated drivers updated and then the whole operating system updated from Vista to windows 7. Everytime OhNo! have been really helpful with free advice via emails and phone calls both before and after work was completed. Thanks OhNo! I've recommended you to all my friends. |

| Great.Not being a large corporation but with high standards and expectations re. service ethics, I sought an affordable, kindly and effective alternative for Mac service in ChCh. OhNo was just that. The in-situ mobile aspect really REALLY worked for me as the glitch could have been my set-up. + my NEW approx $300, '3in1' Epson had died after about 50 B&W, copy-only prints. As 4 mths outside warranty Epson were not vaguely interested in this VERY early product failure/customer service at all!MR |
