There was also a problem with the disc drive which he fixed while I stood and watched. It was obvious to me that this guy really knows his stuff. While talking to him he also mentioned that he's worked for both TVNZ and SONY. So definitely I recommend if you have a problem of any sort with a machine take it to this guy.
