Servicing our farming communities, Disher Contracting, based out of Maihiihi, Ōtorohanga is a local agricultural contractor working across the North King Country district.
With a strong workload ahead for 2026, we are looking for an individual to join our hardworking team, commencing as soon as possible.
We have a vacancy for a full time Tractor Driver, all experience considered, an allrounder for all of our machinery is important. It would be valuable if you happened to have your Class 5 license to transport gear.
The experience we are looking for is:
- WTR endorsements
- Class 5 Drivers License (consideration to Class 4)
- Experience with agricultural machinery (or experience with graders, bulldozers considered)
- Fully capable of working unsupervised with good practical problem solving
- Take pride in your work and care for equipment being operated
- Strong Health & safety approach
- A good sense of humour, because we love a good laugh.
We pay a good hourly rate to match the skills and experience required. You will get to have weekends off (if you’d like), and working on public holidays is only an option when the weather doesn’t play the game.
