Parts Advisor - (Fixed-Term Maternity Leave Cover)

Agricentre South Ltd is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our Cromwell team on a fixed-term basis to provide maternity leave cover.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring our customers have the parts and support they need to keep their equipment operating at its best.

About the Role: Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support the day-to-day operation of the Parts Department by providing excellent customer service, processing parts enquiries, and ensuring the efficient supply of parts to both internal and external customers. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries both in person and over the phone
• Support service technicians with parts identification and supply
• Assist other Agricentre South branches with parts enquiries and requests
• Order parts for customers and the Service Department as required
• Complete daily picking of parts for upcoming workshop jobs
• Support monthly stocktakes and inventory management activities
• Ensure merchandise displays are well presented, stocked, and accurately priced
• Process invoicing and associated administration accurately and efficiently
• Support customers with payment and account enquiries
