Due to growth, they are seeking a Project Manager to join their Auckland team. Supported by a Senior Project Manager and with structured mentoring, you’ll gain exposure to high-profile projects and develop your skills in a consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Establish projects: appoint consultants, produce feasibility reports, advise on procurement
Manage construction phase: QA/risk, financial reporting, budget/cost control, programming
Lead stakeholder engagement: conduct and chair meetings, maintain strong client relationships
About You
- 3–7 years’ NZ or UK/Australia experience in project management consultancy
- Exposure to vertical projects (health, education, industrial)
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or Building Science
- Strong leadership qualities, tenacity, and passion for delivery
- Ability to articulate issues, harness relationships, and build your professional brand
